New accounts and customers are cash, check or credit card. After establishing a good credit record of payment and successful credit application we will grant credit terms. Terms are net 30 from the date of invoice. Bad checks will be subject to a $30 service charge. A service charge and interest of 1 ½ % per month or 18% per annum will be charged after 130 days. Any account over 90 will revert to C.O.D. for future sales, plus service charge and collection costs and attorney fees. No cancellations will be accepted after stock has been dug or assembled.


The prices listed supersede all previous prices or lists. They are based on current market conditions and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed and paid for by the customer.


Every effort is made to fill orders with the same grade and quality of stock listed and ordered. We reserve the right to modify or change orders with prior notice. We guarantee all plant material to be in good condition on leaving our nursery. Conditions are subject to change upon delivery. We do not make any express or implied warranty as to the quality and life of the stock once it leaves our nursery and growing area.


All claims including but not limited to shortage, variety, sizing, shape or condition must be made within 24 hours of receipt of product. Failure to present a written claim shall constitute a waiver of any and all claims. All sales are made with the understanding that we shall not be responsible in the event of crop losses or shortages of stock due to causes beyond our control.


Freight is arranged on common carriers. Payment is C.O.D. to the contractor or F.O.B at our nursery. Unless specified, we will use our best judgment as to the arranging the most economical method of shipment.


We welcome scheduled pick-ups at our nursery. Provide us with a minimum of two days notice for pick-ups and bring tie down materials including ropes and tarps to protect the trees and shrubs.


Pictures of stock in the website may vary from stock in the nursery depending on seasonal changes, age of plant and conditions which may beyond our control. We make every effort to sell materials that resemble those shown on our website. We encourage those who can to come to our nursery to check products before purchasing.


When you place your order we will do our best to answer your questions and recommend materials best suited for your needs. We will try to respond to any voice mails or emails left within 24 hours. Some delays are caused by our personnel being in the field and out of cellular phone range. All field grown stock is dug per order. We do not dig up extra materials to keep our product fresh and healthy. Some plant and shrub materials are grown in containers.

Return Policy

Return of any items after 24 hours notice of claim will not be accepted without a sales receipt and good cause. Approved returns will be issued a merchandise credit that may use towards future purchases. Plant material once installed may not be returned. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Tours & Tagging

Scheduled tours are welcome. We spent much of our time maintaining our stock, pruning, watering and spraying to provide high quality stock. Generally tagging is allowed if you call ahead to arrange to be accompanied by one of our personnel. Check hours of operations for details which vary seasonally.
